Gymnasts free hips with grips

I just moved up to level 7 and only got grips now, and all my skills are way more consistent, so I'm happy but theres a problem, my free hip which was my best neatest and highest angle skill isnt transitioning well w grips and my hands keep getting stuck behind the bar or my grips shift and it messes up the rest of my routine
My next comp is soon, so any advice would be fab thx
 
so I had grips when I got my free hip but it was definitely a challenge to learn how to shift my wrists with them on. What helped me was to really think about shifting your wrists and dropping your shoulders. A drill you could do would be to hold a floor bar and work on shifting your hands from under the bar to the top as fast as you can.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
