Women B beam skill

What are some B rated beam skills that you could compete in excel platinum?

I don't have my book but if I remember correctly most of my gym did back handspring, switch leap, or a turning jump. I know some holds can be a B if you go to relieve for 2 seconds I believe

I only know which skills are B in the FIG code of points, but those don't always use the same value per skill as DP and Xcel I think...

Page 107 and onwards. But no guarantee that a B in that list is a B in platinum. At the same time there could be A's in that list that are B's in platinum, I have no idea.

Note: the skill value is at the top of each column. A (D) in brackets just means it's a dance skill. Sorry if I'm overexplaining, it's just that I don't know if you guys use the same notation.

Dive cartwheel, roundoff, back handspring, front walkover, front handspring, handstand forward roll, free "no-handed" forward roll, back extension roll, tuck jump 1/2, straight jump 3/4, split jump, straddle jump, pike jump, cat leap 1/2, side leap or leap 1/4, full turn with leg at 45º throughout the turn
