Hi I have a few gymnasts who are in IHSA which is the Illinois high school association. They follow that rulebook when competing for the park district. I am not currently with the gym anymore so I am not sure if rules have changed.
Anyways
A few girls have a front full as a tumbling pass on floor. From my experience you need at least two or more skills connected.
Have the rules changed to wherected a single front full can be considered a tumbling pass?
