Hi all!
I'm Francesco and I turned to gymnastics after some decades of bodybuilding. After a couple of years of trainings and knocking close to the 50 yo I've hit a plateau in the mid of most gymnastic progressions. I'd like to ask about the Front Lever. My problem seems to be a common one, I cannot keep my back fully straight, nor my arms:
I'd like to build my training routine specifically to overcome this issue. A large quota of my routine is made of pulls up, however due to the huge amount of variations, can you recommend one which could transfer some strenght to the Front Lever ? For example, do you advice using as foundation the Strict Pull Up to the Chest to have a greater activation of Scapula and Upper Back?
Any suggestion, advice is much much appreciated!
Thanks
