So I've been having issues with my front tucks for a while... They were never good but now I need them to be near perfect if I want to move up.
I'm not sure what the problem is since on the tumble track I do them decent and on the rod floor they aren't bad. But on the floor it's erm, bum drop time! If I jump high I can't seem to get enough rotation and I do a bum drop. If I jump what seems like a tiny bit forwards I travel a whole mile without enough height and do a bum drop again (or knee drop, or belly flop). I tend to sprawl forwards IF I land on my feet too. I also can't seem to bring my knees close enough to me either. :S
Anyone have any tips for a better front tuck? Thanks.
