looking for some ways to train:
1. a full twisting back layout
2. a double twisting back layout
3. a rudi
4. double backs
5. giant swings on the bars
6. tsuks
we do not have a pit.
we do not have a tumble trak or an air trak
no strap bar, no single rail bar - just 2 sets of regular bars (one of which is the old big oval shaped bars, circa 1986)
mats-wise we are limited to a level 4 vaulting mat, and we have 3 8-inchers, we have a 135 foot rod floor, a regular floor exercise and an above ground trampoline. Oh, and we have a vaulting table.
any suggestions?
