To me, surgery is the last straw. It reminds me of the odds of successful back surgeries. 50-50. You go through all of that and it quite often I hear it fixes nothing.

Aspiration, go in and stick a needle. No prob. Really though, I find bringing out the knives the last straw.

I totally agree. We won't be doing surgery. At this point, we won't be doing a draining process either. She doesn't want to be out of gym for 2 weeks while it heals. I think the new wrap we bought will help. Her coach says she just hasn't learned to do the ROBHS well enough to get off her hands fast enough. Hoping taking away some of the pain will help that come.
