so everyone knows i couldn’t do giants for the life of me. i wouldn’t even get a spot because i thought they were so bad.

I know it’s not good but today was my first time going for it in TWO YEARS. [peep my teammates cheering in the background haha]

i am now 1/3 girls at my gym who has a highbar giant!!

also, any tips? I know i bent my legs at the top but that was because i bent them when i was doing them on LB. when i did them on HB with a spot they were straight though.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
