It would also help to know what you are unhappy about or feel like you are missing at your current gym.
I’ll give you a few reasons, I just didn’t want to bore yall with a rant and such but we are looking to move because:

Coaches: The coaches will pick favorites and then will not work with the other girls (AT ALL), what I mean is that two out of the three of the coaches will go through practice coaching the girls they deem have potential and leaves the one coach to coach the other 20ish girls (there is more but I don’t want to rant on and on)

Unorganized: there is no plan, during the season there was no proper conditioning

And I won’t rant on anymore but two of the other reasons is that the toxic team environment and another reason that I won’t get into.

We have talked with the head coach about these issues, with the coaches, team issues, etc but he has not dealt with it and I feel like now is the time to switch before school starts up again. And it’s not just my kid, other kids have came foward having the same experience but won’t step foward for their own reasons. And if I’m paying over $650 a month not including gas, tolls, privates, etc I want my kid to be worked on. And I feel like any other gym would be better than this
