Pull-ups... leg lifts... and practice. For back hip circles... work them on a low bar first so you can get more repetitions in.
 
Swimming is a really good activity for building strength and coordination in young gymnasts. If your kid can’t swim all the strokes correctly and swim 100 yards without resting, it’s time for more swimming lessons. It’s a two-fer: physical prep for gymnastics and an essential safety skill. My son transitioned from competitive swimming to gymnastics and he had a huge advantage because of it. Good luck.
 
I like having gymnasts do chin up holds (holding their chin above the bar), because most people when they are first learning pull overs throw their head away from the bar and straighten their arms.
