WAG Gym Hours

Hey everyone!

Some of you might know that I’m in Xcel Silver, and I’ve been curious about my gym’s practice hours compared to others. Right now, we’re doing **3 hours twice a week** for Silver, and for Gold, it’s **4 hours twice a week**.

Does anyone else have similar hours at their gym? Or maybe more? Let me know—I'd love to hear how it compares!

My xcel silver goes three times a week for three hours but they are xcel only until optionals

We do Silver at 8 hours per week... but then our gym goes to L4.

For my DD silver was 6 hours a week, now they have the choice between 6 and 9
