update

DD had her follow-up with the pediatrician yesterday and they were very impressed with how well the ER doctor stitched her face. All her bite and scratch marks look great and no sign of infection. Great news !

There is still some swelling in her arm and it is still bothering her a little.

Her asthma flaired up badly too. They gave her a breathing treatment and put her on steroids.

Hoping that she gets enough rest this weekend and feels better. We are hopeful she will still be ableto compete at States next Sunday. But if not, there will be other state meets

Oh gymmom, I just read this! So sorry I'm a bit late posting.

I am so sorry this happened to your sweet girl. What a random, awful thing to have happen. I hope she heals quickly emotionally & physically. Give her a big (((HUG))) from us!
