Ha ha good read ah gym hair dramas, my club is really strict on training hair not falling out or flicking them while tumbling also super anal about competition hair. My DD has super thick and long hair we wet, we gel, we spray, we pin, we do every trick to not have any movement. Fortunately she is only 8 and will wear a clip bow with net to hold a bun at training. But comp hair I have to get my (hair dresser) sister to front braid into high pony with 3 plaits tucked under with club ribbons. As my first few comps hair attempts were horrible and the coach told me. Lol
