I am hoping that your coach is giving you corrections, but a really big one is your shaping throughout the routine, but especially in your tap swings and dismount. You are racking up massive deductions, especially since you have multiple swings. Think hollow arch hollow. Also remember that bars should be fluid so you don't want to be pausing or shifting your hands around.

Totally agree with Coach Kate Definitely ask your coaches about your corrections! But, if your willing to pay about $15 there is a place called meet critique where judges watch your routine tell you all your reductions and give you feedback! Just recently did it for one of my routines! 🙂

Also I have some discount codes for meet critique if you decide to do that 🙂

Wow... phenomenal tap swings! As far as deductions... you have lots of rhythm errors on the low bar... you also have bent legs on your jump to the high bar. Also split legs on the hip circle as well as the dismount.

Your low bar shouldn’t have any stops, there should be continuous movement. Really enforce the hollow and arch on your tap swings, because you are piking a little. Pay attention to knees and toes, and keeping your feet together. Your skills are looking great!

Wow! Thanks a lot, I had no idea that anything like this existed this is a game-changer.
