Newbie here, I am an office manager of a dance and gymnastics studio. This year, after opening 3 years ago we decided we needed a competitive rookie team. It is going great, but I need lots of advice, so here I am!!

Hi and welcome! Well, I'm not from NC, but I work in a similar job. I'm the director of gymnastics for a dance/gymnastics studio for the last 4 years. I also just started somewhat of a "rookie" gymnastics team. My gymnasts don't compete yet, but they perform exhibitions at local fairs, festivals, and recitals.
