Women Hezly Rivera Perfomance

I just had to put it out here, did anyone notice Hezly last night? She just really didn't seem into it, and Valeri didn't seem too pleased. She took some falls ( especially on bars ) , what is Valeri doing having her compete that double pike on beam.

I think she's grown a bit height wise and she might just be struggling learning how to work with that.

She did look like she was having a lot of fun on floor. But yea, everything else looked really rough. I hope she's doing better by nationals.

It's still early in the season. Many of the gymnasts don't have as much endurance early in the season. I think Bars took more out of her than she let on. And then she had beam.

Maybe some of the upgrades should have waited until she had more endurance (double pike beam, for example).

I look forward to seeing how she does later in the season.

She has looked like that most of her career I'd say. Only last year I saw a bit more of a fire from her.
Anyway, right now she might be adjusting to growing+time off+touring/promotions/pressure,..
When I saw her at jr worlds 3 years ago, she had also looked kinda sad/not very excited.
