I’m new have done gymnastics for 4 year and am going to do JD1 does anybody know what the requirements are

I think the only requirements are 6 skills, including dismount. With JD1 you can get credit for element groups so you want to hit at least 3 element groups to get that 1.5. You can get stick bonus on all but pommel horse.

If you don't do a lot of extra skills and do the hardest skills you can do cleanly, you'll do well. The judges really like to see clean routines.
