Holding cast handstands?

My level 7 daughter (age 9) likes to hold cast handstands on bars anywhere from 2 seconds to 5. In a meet, if she holds them for 4 or 5 seconds will she get deducted?

why is she holding the handstands?

How long would it take for it to be deducted off of? And how much? She holds them because she hits perfect balance. When she knows she can hold it, she doesnt want to come out.
