"Hollow" Question

I'm still very new to this whole gymnastics business and I'm not understanding a lot of the terms I see on here. I did gymnastics for a couple of years when I was young but don't remember too much.

So...what does being "hollow" mean? Can someone explain to me please? Thanks!!
