we bought a bar, my DD used it to help her do her pullover and her hip circle. my nieces and nephews only did pull ups on it and reg kid flips (hanging upside down and putting legs through arms, etc.) has to get fixed, so hopefully when it does she can try to use it to help learn her kips..shes level 2 so they are just barely learning to do kips when not training for meet.
