Wednesday-4
Friday-3
Saturday-4
30 minute warmup and 30 minutes conditions with 45 minutes per event and we would go over or under if we needed to
Our L4’s go 12 hrs/wk. They get 3 events per day. They may only go to vault 2x during the week so they can hit bars 4x. However… it’s really still not enough time for bars.
In the optional levels we do bars much more than the other events.
