Coaches How long to notify parents after evaluation?

What’s the longest time after evaluating a child for gymnastics team (just one gymnast at a new gym, not a big tryout event) that you would notify the parents of the “results” if you told them that you would? Via email if that makes a difference. Wondering how long I should wait to reach out to the coach for feedback. Classes start soon and we don’t know which to enroll her in. But I also understand they are probably busy and don’t want to be a nag…
