My gym is really laid back and I hate it!! I'm gonna compete level 7 this upcoming season and I only train for 3 hours on mon, wed, and thurs. then i also go most saturdays for 1 hour.
and during the summer i go 3 hours on thurs and 4 hrs on mondays and wednesdays.:bars:
