You know I found it kind of funny, as he doesn't know me and he certainly doesn't know who I am. So the fact that he chose to make such bold statements is further evidence of his delusional state.

We more than welcome discussion here, but there are rules. More than that, as Gymjoy said, he just did not fit in with the tone of CB. This board has to be a place that our 13 year olds can come to in safety and that parents are comfortable with the things that are shared here.

Our coaches group is very knowledgable, and highly respected, they offer wonderful, and safe advice. I did not like having that group muddled with SSG's dubious coaching tips. Safety above all.

SSG is not the first member to leave, or be banned, because they didn't try to fit in. He also won't be the last.

Gainer back dive rolls. I think of Greg Louganis YouTube - Greg Louganis - The World's Greatest Diver Ever! when I picture this move. A punch off the feet into a high layed out back dive into the air moving the arms to your sides in mid air. Then as you look back and 1/4 flip to your hands the possibilities are numerous. The easiest being a forward roll. Nice beam trick. You can think of this as a feet first dive roll.
