If you bought tickets a long time ago....

when/how did you get the PDF of the tickets? We bought last fall when the tickets came out and DH says we only have the ticket purchase confirmation...no PDF of tickets, updated schedule, etc. Were these emailed to you?

I purchased hard copy tickets and they were mailed to me well before Christmas b/c we gave them to DD as a Christmas present, then carefully hid them away until October. I don't have, and honestly haven't looked for, an updated schedule.

Purchased on November 28. The confirmation and email with PDF came same day.

Purchased at the beginning of January, receipt and PDF came the same day in two separate emails.

Hard copies were.mailed. But the times on the tickets are not correct. Double check your times.

Hmmmm.... I bought ours in November. I received a confirmation email from Ticketpro which said that tickets would be mailed (they were, I received them in December). But there doesn't appear to be any PDF attachment or link?? I assume the paper tix will still work; I'll just have to get the updated times
