Ok I am one of those dreaded gymnasts that has the worst form and doesn't learn it very well. I blame it on the first "gym" (if it even deserves that name) that taught me not to rebound out of my round off (it was a crappy school program i was in the "advanced group i think within a year or maybe just over i don't kow) My issue is that no matter how hard i try i don't seem to be able to improve my form >.< So i was wondering if any of you had any tips or magic spells that would improve my form :) thanks!!

The best advice I can give you is to speak to your coach - they will be able to help you out better than anyone else.
If a gymnast was to come to me and ask how to improve their form, I'd probably want to see what they were doing first of all to know what needed fixing, then I'd come up with various progressions and conditioning exercises to help.
Good luck! It is great that you care about your form, there are so many gymnasts out there who just want to learn to flip and don't care about what it looks like or the steps they need to take to get there!

Strength and flexibility come before skills. If you work those two things more...I bet you will be able to improve your form.

That really needs to be stressed more in our sport. I know of so many strength and flexibility programs within gyms that are blah because people don't know or don't care about those truths. Dedicated time in those areas would produce better results I think than adding 2 more tumbling classes or the odd private. Actually, what I've seen and heard is that lots of off-season athletes take advantage of it more than the gymnasts do. Boggles my mind!
