Women Injured three days before states

I am so annoyed right now I can't believe I did this! it's THREE DAYS before states and I went to soccer practice because I've never gotten hurt there before and this girl kicks me really hard in the calf. (by accident of course). but I can't even walk right now! I think it'll be better by Sunday, but who knows. Urgh! bars should be okay either way, but vault and floor... I don't know. I hope this won't mess me up.

If you know anyone that does PT, there are things they can do (or tell you to do) to loosen it up and get you mobility. It'd be worth giving one a call.
