Exactly where the Girl Scouts have gone--at least two unrelated adults, at least one of whom is female, must supervise girls at all times. Children are never to be alone in a room or a vehicle with a single adult.

It's official, Penny is out. Hopefully whoever replaces him will help guide the organization in the right direction and won't look the other way when it comes to protecting our kids.
