In the USAG book, requirements are:
1. A backwards acro series which includes a back salto that is directly connected to a flight element ( EX: Roundoff Back-handspring back-layout) ✅
2. A front acro series that includes a front salto (EX: Front handspring-front tuck)✅
3. One salto that is in the layout position and lands on two feet (EX: Front or back layout) ✅
4. Dance Passage with a minimum of two different skills, one a leap with a 180-degree split ✅
5. 360-degree turn on one foot. ✅

So, yes, you do have all of your elements. You would only need to do a single turn—the double is unnecessary.

To answer your question: You would only need to do it 180 for the jump if you need the extra skill value points. If you had all of your "A"s and "B"s, then it would not be necessary to hit 180.

There is no front series requirement for level 7 floor. Just a single front acro is all that is required.

All splits and leaps must hit 180 degrees to not get any deductions. Splits/straddle jumps, etc., below the requirement will incur up to a -.2 deduction.

Thank you, both! That is very helpful.

So how do I know if she has enough A and B elements? My understanding is that for L7 floor you need 5 As and 2 Bs, but I don’t know which things count elements or how they’re valued.
The elements you listed will fulfill the requirements. A double turn is a C, and would be counted as a B. The straddle jump is the other B.

Two connected front acro skills are not required, all you need is a single front salto element. All her other skills are A skills. Switch leaps, straddle jumps, front pikes, and 1 1/2 turns are common B skills in level 7.

All the tumbling skills you have listed are As and both the switch leap and straddle jump are Bs. I’m assuming she also has a full turn in there somewhere, also an A. So she’s more than good as far as number of skills goes.

The official list of skills and their values is in the code of points, it’s around $80? I think on the USAG website, but not something most parents purchase. It’s easy enough to find the value of skills by asking around online. A
