Women Late competition season

Hi! Here in prep opt in CT we have a really late competition season. Our first meet is in January and we have states in late April. (Usually we have them around Mother's day but states are really early this year) does anyone else have this late of a season? Just wondering...

Virginia is just getting started, Judges Cup is this weekend and states are in March, April or May depending on the level. We start next weekend. It is wierd for me, on this board, because many seasons are ending this month with states.

NC has prep-op and optional season Jan through mar. States in march and regionals in April.

Here in Idaho we just started this weekend with our judge's cup and state is at the end of March.

Here in PA, our meets are Nov-March with states in April.

Count yourselves lucky, where I live in Australia the competition season goes from March to November!

Here in NH prep op can start competition in Oct, but it doesn't really gear up until around end of December/begining of January with Winter Carnival and generally runs until May/June
