Can a 13-year-old girl compete level 6? we were thinking about switching gyms but the gym we are interested in said that my daughter has aged out of their age requirements???

USAG allows it but it sounds like that gym has different policies.

There's no age limits. The only limits are a required age to enter a level, like you must be 7 to compete level 4. But if the gym has an age limit for max age on a level, there's no rule against that. You might want to stay where you are or try a different place if you still want to switch. My daughter was 13 in level 6.
