I don’t have experience with the coaching or atmosphere but from a performance perspective, we compete against most of the Long Island gyms and the ones with consistently good results are Apex, Gold Medal Huntington, Gold Medal Levittown, and LI Elite (to name a few). We went to a meet at Apex this year and their college banners were also very impressive!
