Hi there...I've been looking on the site for a while but have never posted. I've found great info on the boards and finally decided it might be good to jump in the convo once in a while.
I have 2 daughters - DD1 went from rec to Level 2 team last year and now on level 3. Overall, progressing well. DD2 was on pre-team and I kept hearing from her coaches that she had great potential...but she just wasn't loving the 6 hours/week (age 5) and wanted to do other sports for a bit. She moved back to rec for now and might try out for our xcel program eventually.
I have learned a lot about the sport in the last year and mostly just try to not be a CGM.
Looking forward to learning more and participating more.
