Lately I’ve been not enjoying gymnastics as a whole as much as I used to. Like, not wanting to go to practice, not looking forward to it, not missing it, and thinking about it less outside of gym. I really want to get back to loving the sport and get out of this neutral feeling for it but I’m not sure how. I don’t want to quit, I just want to enjoy it a little more. Does anyone have any ideas?
