Can someone tell me what the mat is called that is used to break the fall when girls are learning jaegers? I've heard it called a mattress and a Twinkie. It's really easy for one person to throw in under the gymnast in the middle of her release move in case she doesn't catch the bar. Anyone?

Tumbl Trak has something called a Pit Pillow. The largest size they have could be used for that, which is 6' x 8' x 12'. Then you have the standard 8" mats, and various resi mats that could work.

Not sure if it's the same thing, but our gym has something called "Fluffy" (actually labeled with that name). A smaller version is "little fluffy" which might be lighter for a coach to quickly move under the bar.

I've never heard of that before. I looked it up and it seems to be a Mancino mat. Looks like a great product! I wish I had one... :(

Is this it?

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
