Coaches, specifically in the United States.
How does your pay structure work for meets? Do you get a flat fee? Hourly rate? Mileage? Food? Parking? Hotels for travel meets? What do we consider a travel meet? How far away?
If you get a flat fee, what happens when a session is extra long?
Also are you expected to stay for awards when you don’t have to leave for another session? This sometimes can be an additional hour on top of the session.
Do you share hotel rooms with other coaches? Do you get your own room?
Really curious how other gyms do this and want to hear the good the bad and the ugly!!
