The last time we hosted the raffle we had a pink hoody with a gymnastics motif on it - we bought a plain hoody from the company who supply our gym ones (pretty cheap) and then had a local company put the motif on. I think it cost us less than £10 in total. That one went down very well. We also raffled off an unbranded leotard - again made by a local lady. We had to pay for it, but it was very cheap compared with a branded one - think about £12.00 for a sleeveless leo in mystique fabric.

If you could get a number of things like that I'm sure they would go down well.

Oh yes - we had a huge teddy bear too one year.

Also agree that 'unwanted christmas gift' type prizes don't go down so well (lotions, perfumes etc)

Chocolate isn't too bad, especially if it is around Easter as ours normally is!

One club did a candy tombola alongside their raffle one year - I think they charged 20p a ticket and everyone was a winner. Main thing to consider here is that your tickets cover the cost of the items!
