I’m currently a level 8 that is upgrading to go level 9 for my last two meets as it is my last season and I wanted to do it just for fun. However I’m now mental blocking on multiple skills not only upgrades but skills I have had for years. I have a mental block on back fulls, tsuks and Ariel on beam. I know lots of people have mental blocks and there’s no easy way to fix them but any bit of advice would be appreciated. For my back fulls and tsuks I feel like I have forgotten how to do them. I only have two practices to be ready and I’m freaking out.

First advice: having a deadline is making it worse. Don't try to get it by a particular day or a particular meet. That just makes it more stressful, and that makes it worse.

Second advice: retreat to basic components. Whatever skill you're struggling with, look for ways to break it down into smaller components, and see which of those you're struggling with, and break those down, etc.
For example, you mentioned a 1/1. Can you do a front layout OR front pike-open-1/2 with the entire twist in the second half of the flip without losing sight of the ground? Can you do a back 1/2 or arabian to your back on trampoline? If either of those causes you trouble, break them down further; for example, the front pike-open-1/2 can be broken down into front pike, land, jump 1/2. Or the arabian 3/4 can be broken down into 1/2 turn to handstand on a raised mat and 3/4 front or dive roll.
