I've been working on my back tuck and front hand spring vault. I've had my back tuck for a year now, but I get terrified to do it. I guess I'm just afraid of landing wrong or something. As for vault, I run very slowly (to others' perspectives), but I have a very good vault. They're inconsistent, however, and can frustrate my coaches and me. It's the same with back walkovers on beam. I have it, and my coaches said it's beautiful. When I get up there, I get scared and can't do it unless a coach is standing close to me. Any.. tips?
