It's a big thing at EVERY AGE! CONGRATS!!!! That mill circle . . .ugh . . I'm just glad DD never competed level 4

Congratulations! As a mom of a now-level 5 gymnast, I was so happy to kiss the mill circle and it's evil twin the shoot-through good-bye. Those two elements caused more anxiety than anything else! LOL

That is a huge accomplishment!

Anyone whose DD has had to learn that skill can appreciate this no matter what their current level. That Mill Circle is EVIL !!!!!!!!!!!

That is great she did it! It is a tricky skill - in fact last night some parents and I were all talking about how we think in some ways the L4 bars was harder to do smoothly because of that thing. WTG to you daughter!

Congratulations. One trick my dd's coach gave her was to try to do the splits at the end of it so her front leg stays straight and it looks pretty. It works every time.
