Parents Moving to Upstate South Carolina

Hi all! My family and I will be retiring from the Navy in the next year and looking at moving from here in San Diego to upstate South Carolina. I have 2 daughters Level 8 and Level 6 who are looking to continue competing. Looking for recommendations on gyms? and also looking to see if they have high school gymnastics or just club available in the area? Thanks!

We recently moved to Upstate SC. Our daughter is a level 4. We are pretty disappointed in the coaching quality at the gym in our town. Right now we’re trying to figure out if it’s worth making the long commute to Greenville or Charlotte in pursuit of better training. Did you have luck finding a gym?

I don't know if this gym is in your area, but I would 100% recommend Inspire Gymnastics LLC. I had a friend who recently moved from SC and says very highly of Inspire.

It’s all good!! I think we competed against them recently at a meet and I remember being impressed by them.

We live just up the mountain (an hour from Greenville) and I’m sorry to say the gym choices are few and far between in this general area. I know Callie Gardner who competes for Kentucky went to Easley gymnastics but I don’t know much about their reputation outside of that.
