Parents My USAG app

Anyone know who to contact when the My USAG app doesn’t update? My kiddo had states a few weeks ago and her scores still aren’t loaded. I know about my meet scores and other sites it would just be nice to have everything in the app. Just curious Thx!

It depends... there are 2 things going on here...

1. If the meet did not upload the scores to MyUSAGym... then they won't be there
2. The app doesn't work whenever there are many meets going on

If the meet did not upload the scores... then they need to upload them or they won't be in there. In this case the meet director would need to be contacted. I would recommend contacting your gym / coach and seeing if they will contact the meet director.

If you just want to complain about #2... then contact USA Gymnastics.

MyUSA gym app hasn’t worked in years correctly. I gave up and just use meet scores online and my meet scores.
