National Gymnastics Day...What does your club do??

I am looking for ideas, we have never done anything for NGD but I would love to start something. What does your club do??

We're doing an open house with demos and rented a bounce house and those bungee trampoline things. Should be cool.

It is on September 21.

NGD is a pretty big deal at our club. That morning, everyone at the gym does something upside down and someone takes a picture of it. Then in the afternoon, we have a big celebration at a field outside of one of the locations (my gym has several different locations). There is a cartwheel-a-thon, where you try to do as many cartwheels as you can in 2 minutes. USAG uses NGD as a fundraiser for the Children's Miracle Network, so everyone is encouraged to raise money for it. People can donate a certain amount of money per cartwheel, or just a flat pledge. We also have team demos, a bouncy house, dunk tank (it's always a hit when the coaches go in it) and other crafts and activities.
