Thanks for the follow up. It's nice to know how things worked out.

Sounds like you both have the kids interests at heart.

Could I suggest that you and the coach take a week to think about what THE OTHER PERSON'S responsibilities should be and write it up as a point form document.
Then swap and add whatever else you think YOUR responsibilities should be.
Then get together with the other coach and whoever your offsider is, another parent etc. (but no more than that because it will just go too slowly) and over pizza and lemonade, talk about any differences in opinion that have come up. Add other suggestions etc. then write it up.
Seriously, do it over messy informal food so it is less intimidating, people get less offended and are willing to talk things through if there is food in the other persons mouth :)
 
Are you or are you applying to be a 501c3. That will determing a lot of your contract/bylaws.
