Hi,
So basically I am in platinum and I tend to throw my head out a lot on my undershoots on bars as well as on my flyaway. It's kind of annoying since I've competed undershoots and a flyway in my routine for years, but I can't seem to fix this and am getting so much deduction on them. I do a uprise in my bar routine, so that is why I have two undershoots (one after my high bar kip into the uprise, and one after my uprise/backhip circle into my swing flyway). And also as I said before I throw my head out on my flyaway too. Basically I throw my head out like three or four times in my whole bar routine which is really bringing my score down a lot. I know I should change up my routine or something (I'm considering it), but even if I do I will still be doing atleast one undershoot and a flyaway.
Ok so my main question is: how do I not throw my head on my undershoot and flyaway???

I'd suggest doing those skills with a piece of foam b/w your chin and neck, to help you make a conscious effort to not throw your head out.

You could try this out :)
