I apologize if this has been asked recently, but I couldn’t find anything. Is there an official source for the new women’s compulsory routines that’s accessible to parents? TIA.

Which is dumb, imo. USAG should make the rules and routines freely available to anybody who wants them.

Ugh. We are a tiny gym and the coach is still trying to learn the details. It would be nice to have a resource. Thanks for clarifying.
