Ok whenever I hold my stretches especially ones where it requires my back flexibilty (like scales and scorpions) I find that I'm holding my breath to hold the stretch, but if I don't hold it at t he level it's at, It's really pointless to hold it all because if I lower the amount of flexibility used I'm not gaining anything to increase the stunt. I don't know if this even makes sense, but does anyone know how to keep from holding my breath in the stretches?
