ive been having truble with my tumbling. i can not do just a straight back layout anymore, i just start twisting. my coach says i just have to do it but whatever i try i still twist. I also am recently having this problem with front tucks and front layouts. This is really frustrating me and im afraid i will get hurt. any suggestions? (oh and we dont have a foam pit ) This is really making me frustrated and i am feeling like i want to quit because of it.
