Has anyone ever heard of this or used this? And if so, do you think it's a good program for a gymnast to improve her vault?

We have one around here and I heard they run a good program. We had a gymnast that used them to improve her running. Can't really tell u if it helped. She was a great gymnast and vaulted very well....don't know if it was thanks to them....
