I have osgood-schlatter in both knees (it's really bad), and it always seems to be really swollen. I ice it, and take advil, etc. Is there anything else I can do to help the pain go down?

I struggled with that as a gymnast and, fortunately, working through the pain doesn't cause further damage, but it is certainly a pain. There are some braces out there designed to help Osgood-Schlatters, and also some methods of wrapping the knee to provide support in the right places.
Dr. Larry Nassar, doctor to the USA National Team, recently posted a really great video on working with Osgood-Schlatters. He explains everything that's happen, offers exercises, and suggests some ways to wrap the knee. It's a little long, but very informative.

Good luck!
